Modern Air Conditioning, Inc. was incorporated on April 1, 1968. The company bought the local Lennox dealership that had been established in 1918, continuing a tradition of service to the area for over 55 years. This long history of service, added to the many years of experience of the owners and employees, have formed the strong backbone of our company. The company started out with eight employees and four trucks and today Modern Air employs 30 team members, has 20 vehicles. The dedication of the employees is a definite strong point. There are five employees that started with the company in 1968, and combined years of service totals over 500 years. Current owners Travis Sullivan and Jason Hoelting plan to continue the family owned aspect of Modern Air, and understand that a company like this is only as good as its employees and loyal customers. We have been associated with Lennox Industries for over 80 years, and value this strong product identification knowing that customers trust both names.
